Description
The Strong Immunity NSP program is not a separate product, but a well-thought-out 3-month system developed by the company’s specialists for systemic support of the body’s natural defense mechanisms. It combines eight proven NSP formulas that work synergistically: restore the balance of intestinal microflora, supply key nutrients for immune cells, support detoxification and create a strong foundation for stable immune system work all year round.
Strong Immunity NSP program – why the system and not individual supplements
Immunity is not a single function of the body, but a complex network of interconnected systems: the intestinal barrier (up to 70% of immune cells in the intestinal mucosa), the lymphatic system (transport and disposal of foreign agents), antioxidant protection (neutralization of free radicals), nervous regulation (stress suppresses immune reactions) and nutritional support (zinc, vitamin C, polyphenols).
The Strong Immunity NSP program takes into account all these levels: the first month is aimed at the rehabilitation of the gastrointestinal tract (the “Health of the Gastrointestinal tract as a basis” program is recommended), the next three months — consistent support of various links of the immune system with rotation of active components to avoid adaptation of the body. This approach allows not just to “boost” immunity once, but to create sustainable changes at the cellular level.
Composition and active components of the Strong Immunity program
The kit includes eight NSP products, each of which has a specific role in the protection system:
- Cat’s Claw (Uncaria tomentosa) is a Central American liana with proven immunomodulatory activity. Contains pentacyclic alkaloids and quinic acids, which are traditionally used to support adaptive immunity. It is taken in courses of 12 days at the beginning of each month to activate protective reactions without hyperstimulation.
- Defense Maintenance Formula is a complex of vitamins A, C, E, zinc, selenium and plant extracts (echinacea, astragalus, pau d’arco). Provides essential nutrients for antibody synthesis, phagocyte function, and antioxidant protection. Accepted throughout the first month of the program for basic nutritional support.
- Zinc lozenges are a fast-absorbing form of zinc for local use. Absorption under the tongue allows zinc ions to act directly on the nasopharyngeal mucosa, where the first line of defense against airborne infections is concentrated. Zinc is also necessary for the maturation of T-lymphocytes.
- Bee pollen is a natural concentrate of amino acids, trace elements (iron, copper, manganese), B vitamins and bioflavonoids. It is traditionally used for general strengthening of the body, support of energy exchange and hematopoiesis.
- CC-A is a formula based on white willow bark (source of salicins), licorice root and cat’s claw. It is traditionally used to support the body’s natural response to inflammation and discomfort during cold conditions. It has a mild antipyretic effect without synthetic components.
- Red Clover is a source of isoflavones and coumarins, which are traditionally used to stimulate the lymphatic system and remove metabolic toxins. Maintains the “purity” of the internal environment, which is critically important for the effective work of immune cells.
- Zambroza is an antioxidant drink based on concentrates of 12 fruits and berries (acai, goji, mangosteen, grape seeds). The high content of anthocyanins, resveratrol, and catechins provides powerful antioxidant support, neutralizes free radicals produced during immune reactions, and protects cells from oxidative stress.
Colostrum is a standardized extract of cow’s colostrum, rich in immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA), lactoferrin, growth factors and probiotic peptides. Supports the integrity of the intestinal barrier, competes with pathogens for receptors on the mucosa and supplies ready-made antibodies for passive protection.
Each product of the Strong Immunity program meets NSP quality standards: GMP-certified production, control of raw materials for heavy metals and pesticides, standardization of active substances, absence of synthetic dyes and preservatives.
What the research says about the program’s key ingredients
The immunomodulatory activity of Uncaria tomentosa (cat’s claw) has been investigated in clinical trials: a paper published in PubMed (PMID: 11402418) shows that cat’s claw alkaloids can support phagocytic activity of leukocytes.
The role of zinc in immune function has been confirmed by numerous meta-analyses. The European Food Safety Agency (EFSA) has recognized that zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells against oxidative stress. Zinc deficiency is associated with impaired T-lymphocyte maturation and decreased antibody production.
Colostrum as a source of immunoglobulins has also been studied in the context of intestinal barrier support: a study at PubMed (PMID: 10822438) demonstrates that immunoglobulins from colostrum can retain activity in the gastrointestinal tract and compete with pathogens for places of attachment to the mucous membrane.
Anthocyanins and polyphenols from berries (basis of Zambrosa) have powerful antioxidant activity in vitro, which is supported by Wikipedia about anthocyanins. Although most studies have been conducted in vitro, epidemiological data show a correlation between the consumption of polyphenols and reduced oxidative stress in the population.
For whom the NSP Strong Immunity program is suitable
The program may be useful for adults who:
- They often experience seasonal discomfort in the cold season and want to systematically prepare the body for the off-season.
- Have high psycho-emotional or physical stress, which can affect the stability of the body.
- Undergoing rehabilitation after long-term use of antibiotics or other medications that could affect the intestinal microflora.
- Feeling chronic fatigue, frequent indigestion or skin rashes are signs of a possible intestinal barrier imbalance.
- Want to receive comprehensive nutritional support for the immune system, lymphatic system and antioxidant protection in one ready-made program, rather than selecting products separately.
The Strong Immunity program is designed for a three-month course and requires regular intake according to the scheme. It is not intended for emergency support in acute conditions, but rather for planned, systematic work with the body.
Benefits of the program Strong immunity from NSP
- ✅ Comprehensive approach — eight products act synergistically on different parts of the immune system: gastrointestinal tract, lymphatic system, antioxidant protection, nutritional support.
-
- ✅ Natural ingredients — plant extracts, colostrum, bee pollen, fruit concentrates without synthetic stimulants and dyes.
- ✅ Standardization and quality control — all products of the program are manufactured according to GMP, TGA, ISO standards, have passed control for heavy metals, pesticides, and microbiological purity.
- ✅ GIT support as a basis — the program recommends preliminary rehabilitation of the intestine, which increases the efficiency of all subsequent stages (up to 70% of immune cells are concentrated in the intestinal mucosa).
- ✅ Saving time and money — buying a ready-made kit is more profitable than buying eight products separately, plus you get an expert application scheme.
How to take the Strong Immunity program
Before starting the program it is recommended to undergo gastrointestinal rehabilitation (the program “Intestinal Health as a Foundation”) during the first three months. This creates optimal conditions for assimilation of nutrients and work of the intestinal barrier.
Scheme of taking the Strong Immunity program (months 4–6 after gastrointestinal rehabilitation):
4th month:
- Day 1–12: Cat’s Claw — 2 capsules 2 times a day.
- All month: Protective Formula — 2 capsules 2 times a day; CC-EA — 2 capsules 2 times a day (until the end of the package).
5th month:
- Day 1–12: Cat’s Claw — 1 capsule 2 times a day.
- All month: Lozenges with zinc — 1 lozenge 3 times a day, dissolve under the tongue; Red Clover — 2 capsules 2 times a day (until the end of the package).
6th month:
- Day 1–12: Cat’s Claw — 1 capsule 2 times a day.
- All month: Colostrum/Colostrum — 1 capsule 2 times a day; Bee pollen – 2 capsules 2 times a day (until the end of the package); Zambrosa — 15 ml 2 times a day before meals (until the end of the package).
Take products during meals or immediately after, drinking a sufficient amount of clean water (150-200 ml). Lozenges with zinc dissolve under the tongue for maximum local effect. Store products in a dry, cool place, inaccessible to children, at a temperature not higher than +25°C.
What to combine with the Strong Immunity NSP program
The program is already complex and self-sufficient, but it can be supplemented:
- Omega-3 EPA NSP — essential fatty acids to reduce systemic inflammation and maintain the integrity of cell membranes of immune cells.
- Vitamin D3 NSP is a key regulator of innate immunity, the deficiency of which is associated with increased susceptibility to respiratory infections, especially in winter.
- Chlorophyll liquid NSP is a mild detox agent to maintain the cleanliness of the internal environment and the alkaline balance of the body, which complements the action of Red Clover.
Frequently asked questions about the Strong Immunity program
Is it possible to start the Strong Immunity program without prior gastrointestinal rehabilitation?
Technically, yes, there are no contraindications.
Which NSP components most powerfully support immunity?
Evidence-based immune modulators in the NSP programme: Vitamin D3 (1000–4000 IU/day) — regulates T- and B-lymphocyte differentiation; deficiency → +40% respiratory infection risk. Zinc (15–30 mg) — activates 300+ enzymes including immune cell DNA polymerases; reduces cold duration by 33%. Vitamin C (500–1000 mg) — stimulates phagocytosis and interferon synthesis. Echinacea — mobilises innate immunity (NK cells, macrophages).
How many times a year should the course be taken?
Recommended schedule: Respiratory virus season prevention (autumn-winter): 2 × 30-day courses — October and February. For chronic frequent infections (>4 colds/year): 3–4 courses per year. Vitamin D3 — daily throughout the autumn-winter-spring season (October–April) without breaks. Echinacea: 10–14-day courses with 7-day breaks (continuous long-term intake reduces effectiveness).
What is vitamin D3's role in immune function?
Vitamin D is far more than a 'bone vitamin'. Vitamin D receptors (VDRs) are present in virtually all immune cells: T-lymphocytes: VDR activates genes encoding antimicrobial peptides (cathelicidin, defensins). Macrophages: D3 enhances phagocytic activity. Martineau study (BMJ 2017, n=11,000): regular D3 intake reduces respiratory infection risk by 12–42% depending on baseline level.
Can the programme be taken alongside vaccination?
Vitamins C, D3 and zinc do not impair vaccine efficacy (not immunosuppressants). Some data even suggest better vaccine response with adequate D3 levels. Echinacea: in the absence of interaction data, it is traditionally recommended to avoid on vaccination day and 2–3 days after — as a precaution. Consult your physician.
How does the NSP programme differ from pharmacy immune stimulants?
Pharmacy 'immunostimulants' (echinacea, interferons) often lack robust evidence and may be unstandardised. Advantages of the NSP programme: standardised composition with precise doses of each component; combination of evidence-based nutrients (D3, zinc, C) with adaptogens; systemic approach — not '1 tablet for a cold', but restoring immune balance. It does NOT replace treatment during acute infections — it is supportive and preventive.
