The test consists of 20–25 questions and takes an average of 4–6 minutes to complete. Answers can be given with a single click — no manual input is required.
How accurate is the test?
The test provides general recommendations based on your symptoms and lifestyle. It is not a medical diagnosis. For an accurate selection of an individual program, we also recommend consulting with an NSP partner.
Can I retake the test?
Yes, at any time and an unlimited number of times. We recommend repeating the test every 3 months — your health and nutrient needs may change.
What should I do after taking the test?
