Terms of Use

1.1. This agreement is a public offer (in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and Chapter 63 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). Its terms are the same for all buyers, regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, or individual entrepreneur).

1.2. By accepting the terms of this agreement — the public offer of the Online Storefront — the user becomes the Buyer.

2.1. Online Storefront — provides free information on the characteristics and prices of products from partner warehouses, as well as advice on product selection at https://alexmindset.com.ua.

2.2. Product — information, photos, videos, prices, and descriptions published on the Online Storefront website — is free informational content for buyers to review the product list.

2.3. Buyer — an individual aged 18+ or a legal entity/sole proprietor, placing a request for delivery of Products from the supplier's warehouse for non-business purposes.

2.4. Agency Agreement — an agreement between the Buyer and the Online Storefront whereby the Online Storefront, acting on behalf of the Buyer, provides product information and selects delivery methods, without the Buyer having claims against the Online Storefront for product quality or delivery times.

2.5. Order — a completed request from the Buyer to the Online Storefront for the selection and delivery of Products on their behalf.

2.6. Website — a collection of pages at https://alexmindset.com.ua containing all features of a public offer for product selection.

2.7. Personal Account — a space on the Website accessible to the Buyer, displaying their personal information and order history.

3.1. This Agreement defines the terms for the Online Storefront's provision of services to the Buyer for selecting Products on behalf of, at the direction of, and at the expense of the Buyer, and their delivery.

3.2. The Online Storefront provides the Buyer with free consultations and information about products and delivery methods.

3.3. The Buyer accepts the terms of this Agreement by clicking the "Place Order" button. Subsequent objections relieve the Online Storefront of any liability for non-compliance.

3.4. The Online Storefront reserves the right to engage third parties to fulfill obligations under the Agency Agreement without prior notice.

4.1. The Buyer may view website content, submit orders, and use other services.

4.2. Registration is required for access to personalized information. Registration data includes: name, email, phone number, NSP ID, password.

4.3. The Buyer must not disclose access credentials to third parties. If unauthorized use is suspected — immediately notify alex@alexmindset.com.ua.

4.4. The Buyer is responsible for all actions performed on the Website under their account.

4.5. Using the Website for illegal activities is prohibited. Buyers agree to comply with Ukrainian law and accepted online standards of conduct.

5.1. The Buyer places an Order by adding Products to the "My Order" shopping cart and clicking "Place Order".

5.2. All Buyers, regardless of registration, may place Orders. Orders are processed after payment to the seller's account or upon receipt at a postal branch.

5.3. Payment methods: online by VISA/MasterCard, via Privat24 internet banking, or cash at PrivatBank terminals. Cash on delivery is available with the appropriate delivery method. Currency: Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).

6.1. The Buyer pays exclusively to the seller (product supplier). The Online Storefront does not accept funds and bears no financial obligations for product quality.

6.2. The total Order cost includes the full cost of Products according to prices indicated on the Website at the time of placing the Order.

6.3. The Buyer must inspect delivered Products and verify the order contents upon delivery.

7.1. The Online Storefront transfers Orders to sellers who deliver Products to the Buyer.

7.2. To return purchased products — contact alex@alexmindset.com.ua with the reason, order number, and contact details. Returns/exchanges are at the seller's discretion.

7.3. Returns accepted within 14 calendar days if: product and packaging are intact; product has not been used and shows no signs of use.

7.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

8.1. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday according to the sender's schedule. Sundays and public holidays are days off. Orders placed during the day are shipped the following day.

8.2. Delivery terms: free delivery within Ukraine upon full payment for a minimum order of UAH 1,000.00.

8.3. For delivery outside Ukraine — please inquire with the Online Storefront administration.

8.4. Upon delivery, the Buyer receives a consignment note confirming payment for the Goods upon request.

9.1–9.2. During registration and when placing an Order, the Buyer provides: name, email, phone, delivery address, and preference information.

9.3. By providing personal data, the Buyer voluntarily consents to its processing in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data."

9.4. The Online Storefront uses personal data to process orders and provide services, including through automated processing.

9.5. The Online Storefront undertakes not to disclose information received from the Buyer. Sharing data with agents/third parties for order fulfillment is not a violation.

9.6. To stop personal data processing — submit a request to customer support.

10.1. By registering or placing an Order, the Buyer consents to receive informational messages from the Online Storefront and its partners via SMS and email.

10.2. The Buyer may unsubscribe at any time by contacting customer support.

11.1. The Website contains materials, trademarks, trade names, and other legally protected materials, including text, photos, and graphic images.

11.2. All Website content is protected by Ukrainian law.

11.3. The Buyer may not use Website materials: edit, publish, transfer to third parties, participate in sale or assignment, or create derivative works.

12.1. This Agreement is concluded in Ukraine and governed by the substantive law of Ukraine.

12.2. Invalidity of any clause of this Agreement does not cause invalidity of the Agreement as a whole.

12.3. All disputes between the Buyer and the Online Storefront shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached — in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
