Description
Neiche Lax NSP is a herbal complex that is traditionally used to support the comfortable functioning of the large intestine. In the modern rhythm of life, many people face digestion problems, when natural peristalsis is disturbed and there is a need for soft phytosupport. It is for such situations that the NSP company developed the Neiche Lux formula – a balanced composition of nine herbal ingredients, each of which is known for its traditional properties.
Neiche Lax NSP — what it is and how it works
Neiche Lax NSP is a multi-component phytoformula that combines plants with different mechanisms of action: some support the motility of the large intestine, others stimulate the secretion of mucus and bile, and others have a mild antispasmodic and enveloping effect. In traditional phytotherapy, this approach is called systemic: instead of one aggressive component, the synergy of several plants is used, each of which complements and balances the others. Buckwheat and rhubarb are known for their ability to stimulate peristalsis by stimulating receptors in the colon. Licorice and creeping wheatgrass – envelop and protect the mucous membrane. Cayenne pepper, ginger and red clover – improve blood supply, reduce inflammation and maintain smooth muscle tone. All these components work gently, starting 8-10 hours after taking, which allows you to take the product in the evening for a comfortable morning.
Composition and active components of Neiche Lux
Neiche Lux formula includes nine plant extracts, each selected according to NSP quality standards and passed GMP control:
- Zhostir Pursha (buckthorn), bark (196.1 mg) – traditionally used by North American Indians as “sacred bark”. Contains anthraquinones that stimulate colon receptors and increase peristalsis without affecting the small intestine. The action occurs after 8–10 hours, so it is often recommended at night.
- European buckthorn, bark (76.3 mg) is a close relative of shingles, enhances its effect, additionally has antiseptic properties and supports intestinal tone.
- Licorice root (65.4 mg) – contains glycyrrhizin and flavonoids. Covers the mucous membrane, has a mild antispasmodic effect, stimulates the secretion of protective mucus. In traditional medicine, it is known as an anti-inflammatory and soothing agent for the gastrointestinal tract.
- Cayenne pepper, fruits (21.8 mg) – contains capsaicin, which expands capillaries, stimulates secretion, relieves spasm and supports mucosal scarring. It additionally reduces gas formation.
- Medicinal ginger, rhizome (21.8 mg) – traditionally used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine to support digestion, reduce inflammation and pain. Contains gingerols and shogaols.
- Medicinal rhubarb, roots (10.9 mg) – contains senosides and tannins. It has a pronounced supporting effect on peristalsis, is traditionally used for sluggish intestinal work.
- Creeping wheat grass (10.9 mg) — contains polysaccharides and mucus, envelops and protects the mucous membrane, supports soft evacuation.
- Red clover, flowers (10.9 mg) is rich in isoflavones and tannins. It supports the immunity of mucous membranes, has an antiseptic and antispasmodic effect.
- Oregon grapes (Magonia holida, 10.9 mg) — contains berberine, which supports the health of mucous membranes and has antibacterial properties.
Capsules are made of gelatin and water, do not contain gluten, lactose, artificial colors or preservatives. Each capsule contains 525 mg of phytocomposition.
What research says about Neiche Lux NSP components
The components of the Neiche Lux formula have a long history of traditional use in herbal medicine, and some of them have been studied in modern research. For example, buckthorn (Rhamnus purshiana) and its anthraquinones are considered natural stimulators of peristalsis in a PubMed study devoted to phytotherapy for functional bowel disorders. Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) has been studied for its anti-inflammatory and emollient properties – see Wikipedia licorice for more information. Ginger and cayenne pepper are traditionally used in Ayurveda and Chinese medicine to stimulate digestion and reduce inflammation. It is important to understand that Neiche Lax is a food supplement that supports the body’s natural processes, and does not replace treatment for serious diseases.
For whom Neiche Lax is suitable
Neiche Lax NSP can be useful for those who experience periodic discomfort in the work of the intestine, associated with poor nutrition, lack of fiber, stress or a sedentary lifestyle. Often the product is chosen by people who are looking for mild herbal support instead of synthetic products. It can also be relevant for those who travel and face a change in water and nutrition, or for older people whose natural peristalsis is slowed down. It is important to remember that long-term use of any peristalsis-stimulating means can lead to addiction, so it is recommended to use the product in short courses as needed.

To achieve a comfortable result, it is better to take the last capsule in the evening, 8-10 hours before the desired defecation time. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store the product in a dry, cool place, protected from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. It is not recommended to use the product in long courses without breaks – for constant support of digestion, it is better to contact a nutritionist to draw up an individual program.

Frequently asked questions about Neiche Lux
Is Neiche Lax suitable for daily use?
Neiche Lax is intended for short-term support — from a few days to a few weeks. Long-term daily use is not recommended, as it can lead to “lazy gut” syndrome, when natural peristalsis is weakened. If you need constant digestive support, it is better to consult a nutritionist for correction of the diet and the selection of milder means, for example, fiber and probiotics.
How much Neiche Lax to take at a time?
The recommended dosage is 1 capsule three times a day during meals. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day without consulting a specialist. For the first intake, you can start with 1 capsule in the evening and observe the reaction of the body.
Can Neiche Lax be combined with other supplements?
Yes, Neiche Lax goes well with fiber, probiotics, enzymes and liver support. However, it is not recommended to be taken simultaneously with other peristalsis-stimulating agents. If you are taking medication (especially for the heart, diuretics, corticosteroids), be sure to consult your doctor, as buckthorn can affect electrolyte balance.
⚠️ Important: Neiche Lax NSP is a food supplement, is not a medicine and does not replace a full-fledged diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not intended for diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any diseases. It is not recommended for pregnant women, lactating women, and those with individual intolerance to the components. The product is not intended for long-term use without interruption. Before use, consult a doctor or nutritionist, especially in case of chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, medication or electrolyte imbalance. Individual tolerance may vary.
💬 Consultant’s Comment
Nature’s Lax is NSP’s gentle herbal formula for regular bowel support. Unlike aggressive chemical laxatives, it works gently and is not designed for habitual daily use. In 25 years of working with NSP products, I recommend Nature’s Lax primarily as part of a detox programme or for occasional constipation. An important tip: combine with adequate water intake (at least 1.5–2 litres per day) and dietary fibre — this amplifies the effect and supports more stable, natural bowel function.
